Willy is a head strong girl who is going up the ranks in the mob and mafia world. She Is an independant young woman with a lot of nicknames but with little known about her. The only thing bigger than the fright of running into his spunky chica and her ego, she is a self centered character who's only dream is to start her own mob and attack, a big battle she wishes to name the 'dust bowl' ( yes this is a reference, the 1920's take place previously to the dustbowl or the 'dirty thirties' so this is what i would consider her development era ) With her ability to turn into dust and disperse and come back together somewhere else makes her appearances and disappearances very ghost like. Unlike most females of that time, she has absolutely no interest in speakeasies or becoming a flapper, actually she tries to avoid them at all costs. Being a small tornado-like being her moods will change the air pressure around her, due to her indifferent and heartless nature people often say ' she gives me the chills ' but this is actually related to the fact that the air around her is colder, but can quickly switch to hot in a mater of seconds. She is not an easy prize to win and often thinks of men as a distraction, only a guy who could really put up with her bullshit or annoy her enough to make her cave in would have any chance at winning her heart. She continuously wears clothing mocking the gangster clothing of that time, she favors pencil skirts and button up blouses and respectively wears mostly browns, yellows and oranges. This may be a direct reference to the twenties being known as the 'golden age'. But, never double cross Willy, she has her connections and isn't afraid to lash out, for as small as she may look her bite will most definitely be worse than her bark. And just one last warning never ever call her nicknames like 'doll' , or 'hun' or 'babe' and even 'bunny' because you will regret it.
